Deposit Policy
How card authorizations and security deposits work when reserving a room through Lieve.
Reserving a room
Your card authorizes the listed security deposit without charging it. The operator has 48 hours to accept or decline.
If accepted
The deposit is captured and sent directly to the operator. Lieve never holds the deposit.
If declined or unanswered
The authorization is released in full. Card authorizations may expire after seven days.
