Free to list. You pay only when a room is filled.
Founding operators pay nothing for the first 12 months. After that, a placement fee of 50% of one month's rent, charged once, only when a tenant signs through Lieve. No subscription, no listing fee, no monthly minimum.

What tenants pay
Lieve does not charge tenants to find or enquire about a room.
- Searching, filtering and enquiring is free.
- No application fee is charged by Lieve.
- Where an operator charges an application fee it is shown before you reserve, capped at $20 in New York and $50 in New Jersey.
- A security deposit is only held on your card once you reserve a specific room, and released if the operator declines.
