What verification requires
Every operator is checked before a single room goes live. Here is exactly what we ask for, how you send it, and how long it takes.

Proof the business exists
A certificate of incorporation, LLC formation certificate, or state business registration showing the company name and status.

Proof you can lease the rooms
A deed, current lease with the right to sublet, or a signed management agreement for each building you list.

Photo ID of the signer
A government-issued ID for the person who signs leases on behalf of the company.
- 04
Photos of each room
Current photos of the actual room and shared spaces. We compare them against the listing before it goes live.
How you send them
Upload your logo and company details in your operator profile, then email your documents to hello@lievehousing.com as PDF or photo attachments. Do not send documents through the enquiry forms. We never ask for bank details or payment during verification.
How long it takes
We confirm receipt within one business day and complete review within two to three business days. If something is missing we tell you exactly what, and the clock restarts once you send it. You can add rooms while you wait — they publish the moment you are approved.
Pricing
Free to list. You pay only when a room is filled.
Founding operators pay nothing for the first 12 months. After that, a placement fee of 50% of one month's rent, charged once, only when a tenant signs through Lieve. No subscription, no listing fee, no monthly minimum.
