When you submit a tenant inquiry we collect your email address, the city and neighborhood you are searching, your budget, and your move-in and move-out dates. When you request operator access we collect your company name, contact name, email, phone number, city, and portfolio size. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

We use your information to match tenants with rooms, to connect operators with prospective tenants, to verify operators, to respond to inquiries, to improve the product, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Tenant inquiry details may be shared with the verified operator whose listing you contacted, so they can respond. We also use service providers for hosting, database storage, analytics, and email delivery, who process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
