Cancellation Policy
How cancellations work for room enquiries and reservations made through Lieve.
Before an operator accepts
If the operator declines your reservation or does not respond within 48 hours, the card authorization is released in full.
After acceptance
Cancellation terms are set by the operator and should be reviewed before you complete a reservation.
